A stronger Richmond is one where its natural amenities and assets are invested in and improved upon for the benefit of our entire community, including both the citizen and City Hall. We give ourselves permission to imagine what Richmond could be, we learn what it takes to get there, and we have the courage to achieve it.

We turn that vision into achievable plans and take bold action to manifest them in the environment. This intentional process produces tangible results for our community, i.e. both citizens and City Hall, resulting in an overall, stronger Richmond.
